I’ve been training with Jem
I’ve been training with Jem for nearly a year now. When I first started I was overweight and a smoker. With his help and encouragement I am a non smoker. A regular member of the gym and I have recently completed a half marathon, 10 mile run and a 10k. I highly recommend visiting Jem at fitness solutions. His knowledge and expertise is second to none.

A big well done to Richard Reader for not only completing the Scotty 1000 rep challenge (a charity event set up by ex SAS veteran Matt from the TV series who dares wins) but also beating every one else who took part in the competition. Lots of hours spent in the gym getting beasted by myself was totally worth it. Honestly!!!

I have been a client of Jeremy since Jan 2015 having two one hour sessions each week, I’m delighted to say I lost 28Ibs in the first twelve weeks exceeding Jeremy’s guarantee by 3Ibs,I’ve also regained a noticible amount of new muscle. Jeremy is passionate about his workout programmes offering a varied selection of exercises to achieve overall body fitness. Honestly!!! The Scotty Challenge was created through scotties little soldiers which is a charity set up to raise funds for wives and children of soldiers which didn’t make it home from conflict.
This event was the brain child of ex SAS veteran Matt who you may have seen presenting the TV series Who Dares Wins. Being special forces you can imagine it was no easy feat!!

I have been training for jem for about 7 weeks now on a one to one basis and I am loving every second even though it’s very hard work. Jem is an excellent coach and motivator and I have really noticed a difference in my fitness stamina. I have always done exercise but adding cardio workouts to my routine has really intensified my fitness. I play badminton for 2 hours and normally after an hour I am practically dead and panting but now I bounce around for 2 hours without any trouble. My 16 year nephew has also started training with jem as he is joining the army and jem is preparing him ready for when he enrolls and he too loves it which is saying something as teenagers normally like to sleep a lot! Like jem says, no pain no gain, your not going to magic up a good body without hard work. My main goal is to be able to walk in heels again which means building up strong leg muscles and cardio workouts are what is going to make it happen.
I have been training with Jem for three months now which I never thought would be possible because I am 100% blind. It’s only in the last 6 years that I have become blind so always used to be active and making regular visits to the gym. For the last 6 years I haven’t done anything because I haven’t been able to until now.
I rang Jem and explained the situation and he just told me that he couldn’t see why this would be a problem and to come along and have a go. This one of my best decisions i have made!
Because he uses a strap system which only requires your own body weight to build muscle I can safely exercise nowing I am in a safe environment. We have now moved onto having full cardio sessions as well as Jem supports me around my waist as I jog or do other exercises like jumping jacks.
I have shaped up no end since training with Jem and would recommend his training methods to anyone, if I can get results then so can anyone.

I have been training with Jem since October 2014. Before I joined I was feeling very unhappy about the way I looked and knew I needed to do something about it.
I saw Jems advert and found out he was a personal trainer and I just wanted to sign up right then so I rang him and arranged a meeting. During our meeting he discussed the type of fitness we will be doing and made my own nutrition plan which I needed to follow. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was talking about and has a wide range of knowledge in this field.
It’s very personal and intimidating when you need to discuss and tell someone how much you weight and your measurements but Jem made me feel very comfortable discussing it, he was very professional and he made me feel at ease when admitting your weight.
So I started my nutrition plan and my training two days a week. During our sessions we focussed on high intensity cardio circuit training and after a couple of week the resistant straps was introduced which helps build and tone your muscles which help build up your strength and gradually increases your levels of fitness.
I absolutely love my fitness sessions I walk away feeling like I’ve accomplished something, I also have lots more engergy and motivation.
I’ve now lost 1stone 1pound in weight and lost 10% of my body fat which I’m over he moon about. Thanks Jem!

I’ve only just started training with Jem, but have noticed a change in my fitness & shape already. I really enjoy the sessions and he mixes them up so youbwork different parts of your body each time. Jem is very friendly & puts you at ease! I look forward to really improving my health & fitness with his help.
I have been training with Jem for a few months now, doing 3 sessions a week and it has been unbelievable how much my fitness has improved over that time. I had a thyroidectomy in June and was determined not to put weight on. With my training sessions with Jem, I have actually lost weight and an amazing 7 inches from my waist! And changed my body shape. But the most important thing is that I actually feel so much fitter and healthy and it is Jem’s motivation and support that is the key. I could not have achieved this alone.
